The Retreat at Christchurch & New Forest. 

Online services are nationwide.

Session Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

​

Evenings are available with prior arrangement.

 

Outdoor session times will depend on weather conditions. Swim intervention held at the Lymington Sea Bath. Sea walk around the Harbour wall.
