How can we help you?
We provide a safe space for adults, couples and young people to explore any difficulties or challenges. Using attuned integrative psychotherapy and counselling skills to enable people to make positive changes to their life, family and relationships.
We understand the importance of nature in therapy and are one of the first practices to offer sea based interventions to support enhanced mood and help clients to reconnect to self and nature.
We can offer face to face, online or outdoor sessions.

We provide a safe space without judgement to explore challenges in your life. The building of a quality therapeutic relationship enables greater self-awareness
and personal growth.
Cost £50 per session
(sessions 50 mins).
Concessionary rates available.
Couples therapy can help to rebuild a relationship or find a way to move forward. Working with recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, an affair,
issues related to intimacy, or other external stressors.
Cost £80 per session
(sessions 60mins).
Provides a space without judgement to talk through any challenges.

Open water swimming
Nina is one of the first therapists to use open water as an intervention. It provides the opportunity to connect with ourself, nature, improve health and lift our mood. She also offers sea walk and talk sessions.
Cost £60 per session.
Nina is a coach for the NHS social prescribing project offering open water swimming for mild to moderate depression.

My name is Nina Yates
I’m a qualified Integrative Counsellor, Relate trained couples therapist and family coach. As a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy I adhere to their ethical framework for good practice. I provide a safe space to explore your challenges and support you to fulfil your full potential. I work with adults, couples and young people with all types of grief & loss, bereavement, relationship difficulties (including family, friendship and business).

I have a certificate in Mental Health First Aid and I'm a STA approved Open Water Swim Coach. My counselling, open water swim coaching and life experience are interleaved with 20 years working at board director level coaching teams in international corporate service design, recruitment and training.
