We work with individuals and businesses to support them to fulfil their full potential.

For individuals we provide  a space to explore any difficulties, use attuned integrative psychotherapy and counselling skills to enable people to make positive changes to their life, family and relationships.

 

Our wellbing consultancy work is based on looking through a counselling lens. We offer wellbeing training programmes and consultancy to create thriving working environments.

 

We are one of the first practices to offer sea based interventions to support enhanced mood and help clients to reconnect to self and nature. 

 

We can offer face to face, online or outdoor sessions.

Wellbeing Consultant

We provide a safe space without judgement to explore challenges in your life. The building of a quality therapeutic relationship enables greater self-awareness

and personal growth.

 

Cost £50 per session 

(sessions 50 mins). 

Concessionary rates available.

Coach therapy is for business leaders and managers to reach personal and professional goals. Integrating coaching and counselling principles to increase self awareness and improve working relationships.

 

Cost £60 per session

(sessions 60mins).
 

Provides engaging wellbeing services to empower individuals and teams to overcome challenges, to fulfil their potential and to create thriving working environments.

Improving  and enhancing relationships, absenteeism, staff retention, conflict and change management. 

 

Cost on request dependant on project brief.

Cold water swimming 

Nina is one of the first therapists to immerse counselling into the open water. It provides the opportunity to connect with ourself, nature, improve health and lift our mood. She also offers sea walk and talk sessions.

Starting in Spring 2024 8 week course NHS social precribing project to offer open water for mild to moderate depression. Please contact me for more details.

My name is Nina Yates

I’m a qualified Integrative Counsellor, registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I adhere to their ethical framework for good practice. I provide a safe space to explore your challenges and support you to fulfil your full potential. I work all types of grief & loss, bereavement and relationship difficulties (including family, friendship and business).

I have a certificate in Mental Health First Aid and I'm a STA approved Open Water Swim Coach. My counselling, open water swim coaching and life experience are interleaved with 20 years working at board director level. I've led and coached teams in international corporate service design, recruitment and training.

My name is Nuala Bissett

Working integratively, I focus on the individual and use the theoretical approach which I feel will best suit my client's needs.

I work with both adults and young adults (16-19) and provide a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space to explore some of the difficulties you may be facing to help you to heal and move forward with your life.
